HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application and what type of application you use.

DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE NAIL TABS can hold the nails anywhere from 1-3 days and are great for temporary wear and special occasions.
When using adhesive nail tabs, you are able to save and re-use your press on nails over and over.

Sparkly My Nails does not supply or sell nail glue for your at home nail application.
NAIL GLUE can be used to apply your press on nails and can last up to 2 weeks.
WHAT SHIPS WITH MY CUSTOM NAILS?
When you place an order for a set of custom designed nails, along with your nails you will receive a nail prep kit.
Kit includes:
Nail file, wooden stick, 2 pack alcohol wipe, one sheet of double sided adhesive nail tabs
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Cancellations & Returns
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Due to these nails being custom handmade unfortunately there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order the correct nail size for each finger. Please refer to FAQ on how to measure your nails and match your measurements with our size chart, or you can always order a SIZING KIT.

Damages or Issues
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, once I've handed your order off to USPS it's out of my hands and handled by the shipping carriers. You will be provided with tracking information. All customers claiming loss, theft or damages will be required to submit a claim directly with USPS, following their instructions. If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to me and I will try to address the issue.

Refunds
If an order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
SHIPPING
Free Shipping with any Nail Set Purchase! Orders that do not include a set of Nails is subject to a minimum purchase of $20 or more to qualify for free shipping, orders under $20, shipping charges will apply.
I am currently not shipping International, so sorry. All orders ship with USPS from Tollhouse, CA. Tracking information will be provided with your order. I cannot guarantee actual delivery date once I’ve handed your order off to USPS it’s out of my hands and handled by shipping carriers.

PROCESSING TIMES
All nails are 100% custom hand painted, order to made.
Customer Designed handmade nail sets: 1-2 weeks depending on design and details. Please note this is only an estimate and can change based on current workload. Please be aware that your order may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer as well.
I want you to love your nails and get exactly what you want. For this, I will need to collaborate with you on specifics. Pinterest is a great resource for most when they’re looking for inspiration. Once we agree on a design, your order will then be considered “Placed.”
If you need it by a certain date, please send me a message to let me know! And all Ready-to-ship sets ship within 1-2 business days, excluding vacation or holidays. You will be notified beforehand.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY NAILS?
If you are unsure about your sizes, the best way to find your size is to order a SIZING KIT. The SIZING KIT contains each size nail, from the shape you choose, so you can find your best fit before ordering. You can add a SIZING KIT along with your handmade set order and leave a note stating that you need to confirm your size first. I'll send out your SIZING KIT first so you can confirm your sizes.

NOTE: Different shapes/style nails will not size the same, for example, Short Square Nail Size 8 vs. Regular Almond Size 8 will measure differently in millimeters.

MEASURING AT HOME
Using a soft measuring tape, place it across the widest part of your natural nail bed and measure in millimeters. Refer to our Size Chart with your measurements.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SOFT MEASURING TAPE
1. Using transparent tape, place it across the largest part of your nail.
2. Mark the 2 sides of your nail on the tape with a pen.
3. Remove the tape and measure the two marks in millimeters with a ruler.
4. Compare your measurements with our nail sizing chart.

TIPS
It's always better to size up than down so you can file away the edges for a better fit. Don't forget to measure each finger on both hands, most times nails on one hand may be different sizes.
